CREATING CHECKLISTS
It's pretty easy to create a simple checklist for each job from your desktop computer.
In the Description section of the Job, add a dash (-) in front of each item you wish to create a checklist for.
For example:
Hedge Trimming
- complete Job Safety Analysis prior to commencing job
- before photo
- trim approximately 5cm from hedge
- after photo
- issue client with invoice
- dump clippings
The dash will create a checklist when you view the job on the ServiceM8 app.
Even better, by including the word "photo" it will create a push function to open the camera from within ServiceM8 so your field staff can take a photo, and automatically attach it to the job!
