She's A Keeper understands the importance of cash flow in a business. We offer weekly fixed fee packages depending on the amount of support required. This means no surprise bills at the end of the month (well not from us anyway!) 

For once off projects such as Xero or ServiceM8 set up, we will provide a quote once we've understood your requirements.

BOOKKEEPING PACKAGES

RUBY

This package is perfect for the micro business, not yet registered for GST and with no employees.

Starting from $60 per week

 

The RUBY Package includes: 

 

  • Enter all receipts

 

  • Bank reconciliation - 1 account

 

  • Email Support

 

  • Year end workpapers for accountant

 

You will also be provided with quarterly reports so you can monitor how your business is going, and advice on how to help it grow!

SAPPHIRE

This is for small business owners just starting out but want to make sure they get everything right from the get go.

Starting from $135 per week 

The SAPPHIRE Package includes:

 

  • General bookkeeping and data entry – up to 6 hours per month

 

  • Bank reconciliation – up to 3 accounts

  • Payroll – up to 2 staff

  • Email support

  • Year end workpapers for accountant

 

  • Quarterly BAS lodgement

EMERALD

Starting from $250 per week

The EMERALD Package includes:

 

  • General bookkeeping and data entry – up to 12 hours per month
